Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. We ship orders via FedEx or USPS depending on size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. In the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. 

PATINA VIE RUGS

Our rugs are distributed by Karastan, and can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping from their warehouse. Once your rug leaves Karastan’s warehouse, it can take up to 2 weeks in transit. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

Our wallpaper is distributed by York, and can take 2-5 business days to process before shipping from their warehouse.
